At the head of ADR Wealth is David Rylah, David has had over 20 years of experience within the investment and wealth creation sector where his interest started initially with investing in the stock market, this grew over time into property investment and various other wealth creation strategies and then protecting that wealth and the strategies needed to build it.
Working in both large institutional banks and the private sector David understands the benefits of being privately owned, this provides the ability to truly provide advice that is in his clients best interest without limitations on the solutions put in place.
When he’s not working with clients to help make their financial goals a reality, you’ll find David enjoying quality time with his family and dogs, digging in the veggie garden, camping under the stars, cooking up a storm, brewing his own beer, or indulging in some sport.
With over 17 years of administrative experience across sectors including agriculture,
taxation, financial auditing, financial planning, accountancy, and heavy vehicle
service advising, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and a highly adaptable skill set
to the team. Her broad industry background enables her to streamline operations
and support business goals with precision and efficiency.
As Office Manager, Jess ensures the day-to-day runs seamlessly—keeping the team
on track, deadlines in check, and service delivery consistently high.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys quality time with her mini-me and her two much-loved
dogs, Jaz and Riva. A creative spirit at heart, she has a love for music, cooking, and
all things a little bit quirky—particularly her fascination with skull art and tarot, which
reflect her appreciation for detail, symbolism, and a touch of the unexpected.

Karla, armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration and 10 years of
professional experience, knows how to juggle it all. With 4 years in customer service
and 6 years in wealth management and financial services, she’s the person you want
in your corner when things need to run like clockwork.
Her expertise ensures that all administrative needs are ticked off in a timely manner,
so the team can focus on delivering quality advice efficiently and effectively. Karla’s
the behind-the-scenes hero making sure everything runs smoothly.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll find Karla at the beach, hanging with friends, or
whipping up a storm in the kitchen for her family—weekends are for food and fun!
She’s all about that sweet work-life balance and believes in creating connections that
matter, both in and out of the office.
